What we do
USA Heat is a free referral service. We help homeowners connect with independent heating contractors. We are not a heating contractor, we do not perform any installation, repair, or maintenance work, and we do not employ, supervise, or guarantee the contractors you may be matched with.
Contractors are independent
Any agreement for work is between you and the contractor. You are responsible for checking a contractor's licensing, insurance, references, pricing, and warranty terms before hiring them. We don't guarantee that a contractor will contact you, be available, or provide a particular price.
Information on the site
Our guides are general information for homeowners, not professional advice for your specific situation. Heating equipment involves gas, electricity, and combustion; work on it should be done by qualified professionals. In an emergency, such as a gas smell or carbon monoxide alarm, leave the home and call 911 or your gas utility.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to submit requests only for yourself or with the permission of the person whose information you provide, and not to misuse the site, submit false requests, or interfere with its operation.
Communications
Submitting a request with the consent box checked authorizes the contact described in our privacy policy.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, USA Heat is not liable for any work performed or not performed by contractors, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
