USA Heat ("we," "us") operates usaheat.com, a free service that connects homeowners with independent heating contractors. This policy explains how we handle information we collect through the site.

- Information you give us: when you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and details about your home and heating needs.
- Consent records: the date and time you submitted the form and the consent language you agreed to.

Who we share it with
When you submit a request, we share your information with up to three participating heating contractors, and with lead-matching partners who connect requests with contractors on our behalf, so they can contact you about your request. These companies are independent businesses with their own privacy practices.
We also use service providers, such as our website host and form-processing service, to operate the site. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users. We don't sell your information for purposes unrelated to your request.
Calls, texts, and emails
By submitting a request and checking the consent box, you agree that we and participating contractors may contact you about your request by phone, text, or email, including by automated means. Consent isn't required to buy any product or service. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing hello@usaheat.com. Contractors who already received your request may need to be contacted directly to opt out of their communications.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies or similar tools for basic analytics and to prevent spam. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep information
We keep request and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and record-keeping requirements, and then delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@usaheat.com. Depending on the state you live in, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. We won't treat you differently for making a request.
Children
